Consultations and fees in Dovercourt, Harwich
A course of treatment will be developed to meet your personal needs. As you progress you will learn techniques to improve, enhance and manage your life.
Sessions can be held in the dedicated consulting room at County Practise Hypnotherapy based in Dovercourt, Harwich, Essex or at a place more suited to you.
As you are unique it is not possible to say, here, how many sessions you require to reach your goal. This is why I offer a free consultation which lasts about 30 minutes or a discounted consultation. At the free consultation we discuss what it is you want to achieve and how you may achieve it. I will answer any questions that you have about the service offered to you. This is not a therapy session. Information from the session forms the basis of your treatment.
The discounted consultation covers the same points as the free session but includes a short hypnotic session which will relax you and put you in a position to draw on that feeling of relaxation in the future.
Of course if you want to stop smoking there is no need for these sessions but, they are available if you want to take advantage of them.

Fees must be paid in advance to secure an appointment. 48 hours notice of cancellation is required for a 50% refund.
